• We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Hong Kong. The cost will be displayed clearly at checkout based on your location.
• For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Please do note, minimal fees and taxes maybe due at the border. Failure to settle these may result in return/seizure of the goods, additional costs may occur in relation to this. Any costs will be deducted from any refund issued. Please do check any applicable import duties/taxes prior to ordering. We are not liable for any of these charges and can do nothing to influce/alter the value.

Delivery Times:

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving your payment.
• Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
  • Hong Kong: Estimated delivery within 10 business days.
    
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 6 - 14 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

• As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey to your doorstep.
• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
